The Clinical Observation Of Niao Xue He Ji To Latent Glomerulonephritis With Hematuria Due To Yin-deficiency And Damp-heat

Objectives: Latent glomerulonephritis is a common disease in internal medicine,it represents asymptomatic hematuria clinically , the factor of it comimg in is the inflammation of immunity intervention, infections agents, autoimmunity, drugs inherited disorders, and environmental agents have been implicated as the cause of latent glomerulonephritis. It is not easy to diagnosis for lacking hypertensions evident edema and the renal failure at the initial stages . the latent glomerulonephritis comes dormancy,it can be kept in stabilization or even changed progressively, at last it can be developed to the results is renal failure.According to hematuria point of pathological mechanism , my supervisor takes "liu wei di huang tang" (Dectoction of six drugs including rehmannia\ dogwood fruit \moutan bark \Chinese yam \poria \water-plantain tuber ) added or decreased along with syndromes and "Niao Xue He Ji" to cure Latent glomerulonephritis hematuria yin-deficiency and damp-heat, the clinical symptoms were obviously improved, more observe the curative effect of "Niao Xue He Ji" , develop this clinic research ,base for laboratorial research.Methods:the clinic trial with comparisons randomized control was taken . The patients was randomly divided into treat group and contrast group, and divided into groups at random, treat group 20 cases, contrast group 20 cases.
