Developing the digital medical service and building a medical information integrated platform to support exchange, integration and sharing of information between heterogeneous medical systems are the primary task of promoting health care reform and establishing a "people-oriented" health-care service system.At present, we adopt HL7message middleware to realize the information exchange of domestic medical information system integration, the construction and analytic of HL7message are core of HL7message middleware. When remote treatment, referral business appeared in the medical information integration platform, there will be many construction or analytic of HL7message, HL7message middleware will become a performance bottleneck and affect efficiency of overall medical information integration platform. So in order to improve the performance of medical information integration platform, the research to HL7message construction and analytic is very necessary. The following work was completed for the research in the paper.Firstly, we analyzed the composition elements and data types of HL7message Aimed at the v2version of HL7message in article. Then we designed the data type structure and multilevel hierarchical abstract data structure of HL7message, which includes data type structure and extends, implementation of them, the abstract data structure of HL7message, segment, field, rep-field, component, sub-component.Secondly, we designed construction algorithm and analytic algorithm of HL7message combined with the definition of HL7message rules, then realized those algorithms. Then we shown the construction process and analytic process of HL7message by the java swing technology.Finally, we proposed a dynamic object creation method of HL7message and improved the original object creation method of HL7message, the method reduce the time and space in the process of HL7message construction and analytic by reducing the creation times of the same data type repeat object. The experimental data verified the dynamic object creation method of HL7message improved the performance of the construction process and analytic process of HL7message about50%.
