Research On Information Construction Of Basic Medical And Health Institutions In Yunnan Province

With development of information technology and continual improvement of management awareness, Chinese health informatization process is advanced continually. Thus, there are new challenges for development of primary medical and health services, and ordinary people have higher demands for primary medical and health service. As for now, primary medical and health service cannot match with the demand of people, so primary medical and health service reformation is promoted gradually in China.Informatization construction of primary medical and health institutions of Yunnan province is studied in the paper, in which fieldwork, interview, and information panel is carried out in most of primary medical and health institution. Meanwhile, the writer consulted related references, and analyzed problems and their causes of Yunnan medical and health institutions, according to actual situations of Yunnan development of community health services in urban and rural areas. As a result, a series of policy suggestions are put forward for information construction of primary medical and health institution.It aims to promote transformations of running mechanism and service mode for primary medical and health service institution, optimize service function and efficiency, by way of informatization construction of primary medical and health service institutions. The final benefits should be better medical and health services, and gradual promotion of health level for urban and rural residents.
