A Study On Basic Medical Care And Health Services Development Situation And Countermeasures In Inner Mongolia

The basic medical and health service is an important part of our country’s social cause,and it is the important mission of maintaining national health,which is related to the accumulation of human capital and the protection of productive forces.To enhance the basic medical and health service fairness and to achieve universal access to basic medical and health services is not only the health barrier to promote economic and social comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,but also is the health barrier to the construction of well-off society.It’s also the health barrier relating to the Chinese dream successful realization,which constitutes the important foundation engineering of China dream trip.The new medical reform put forward the direction of reform "take the basic health care system as a public product to provide the people with",and establish the basic medical and health service system to protect the basic medical services.Since the reform and opening up,China’s medical and health service system reform gradually toward commercialization,market-oriented direction.Although private capital participation promotes our country’s medical institutions,which can provide more beds for patients and improve the overall quality of hospital level of technical equipment and the comprehensive quality of doctors.But this also leads to the decrease of equity,charging higher.So only through taking public service,equalization as the goal of basic medical and health services,forming a plurality of basic medical and health service system,can it promote the further development of China’s medical and health service industry.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region belongs to the minority areas,so the economic and social development in ethnic minority areas generally fall behind the eastern and central regions.Comparing with other regions,the public service infrastructure in ethnic minority areas is poorer,the system is imperfect,talent is shortage,urban and rural areas is not balanced and the situation is more serious.With large amounts of data and data analysis,comparative analysis and literature research methods,this thesis demonstrates the present situation of the Inner Mongolia basic medical and health service development.From the angle of the basic medical and health service resources,basic medical and health services,this thesis analyzes the main problems and reasons existed in Inner Mongolia basic medical and health service development process.According to the foreign medical health service development pattern and that in Inner Mongolia,it provides some policy recommendations so as to provide advice to the specific circumstances of Inner Mongolia national areas and overall basic medical and health services.
