By setting contrast experiment of no-till with stubble retention and conventional tillage in farm of Guizhou University, and using orthogonal design in order to understand the effect of sowing dates, density and breeds on no-till with stubble retention of potato as to prove that no-till with stubble retention increase more yield and benefit than conventional tillage and gain the best combination scheme. The results shows:1. Potato height and order of no-till with stubble retention is better than conventional tillage .Stem-thick of no-till with stubble retention is little small than conventional tillage and the former's variation grade is smaller than the latter. The gross-leaves of no-till with stubble retention is more than conventional tillage and the former's variation grade is smaller than the latter. Average divarications of no-till with stubble retention is less more than conventional tillage and the former's variation grade is notability smaller than the latter.2. The average of big potato rate, middling potato rate, produce potatos per plant and potato weight per plant of no-till with stubble retention are bigger than conventional tillage, but small potato rate is opposition. The discrepancy of big potato rate , small potato rate in two cultivation mode get grate markedness and potato weight per plant get markedness ,but middling potato rate, produce potatos per plant get no markedness.3. The average yield of no-till with stubble retention is more than to 64.57 kg of conventional tillage and the discrepancy of yield in two cultivation mode get markedness. At the same time in two cultivation mode we can get a best scheme A2B2,3C3 which can be used in the production practice. We can also gain the primary and secondary order of factors:breeds> density > sowing dates.
