| The indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for equine rhinopneumonitis was set up by coating plate with equine herpesvirus-1 purified with ultracentrifugation. The best ELISA react system was decided:the best coating bufler is steam water,the best serum dilution buffer is 0.05M PBS and best washing buffer is 0.5M NaCl/0.5%Tween-20/PBS.We worked on equine rhinopneumonitis serological investigation in Xinjiang Uygor Autonomous Region both with this indirect ELISA and CFT(Complement Fixation Test).25 positive serum samples were detected in Jimsar County and Qitai County.We didn't find out positive serum samples in other regions. |
