Serological Investigation Of Four Kind Of Bovine Respiratory Diseases In Partial Scale Cattle Farms In South Xinjiang

Mycoplasma bovis,Bovine parainfluenza virus type 3(BPIV3),Bovine respiratory syncytial virus(BRSV),Bovine adenovirus 3(BAV3)are main pathogen of Bovine respiratory disease complex(BRDC).its symptom mainly include loss of appetite,cough,difficulty breathing,nasal fluid flow,etc.Recently years,the trend of spreading disease in Xinjiang is serious and damage the development of animal husbandry in Xinjiang.1.14(A~N)dairy farms were investigated in the south area of Xinjiang.11 dairy farms were tested by ELISA.The result was that 11 dairy farms were positive farm of bovine mycoplasma pneumonia.BRSV and BPIV3 were detected in 14 dairy farms.2 dairy farms among 14 were detected as BAV3 positive farm.2.700 serum samples were tested by ELISA in 11 dairy farms(A~K)in southern Xinjiang.The result was that the antibody positive rate of bovine mycoplasma pneumonia positive was32.65%;550 calf serum samples were detected by ELISA.The result was that the antibody positive rate of bovine mycoplasma pneumonia positive was 18.54%.700 serum samples from 14 scale farms were detected by ELISA.The result was that antibody positive rate of BRSV,BPIV3,BAV3 were 39.86%,47.29%,0.29% respectively.1 positive sample was detected in C and G farm respectively.The result of mixed positive rates of BRSV and BPIV3 were 28.43%.3.225 nasal swabs samples from A,B,D,H,I,J,L,M,N farms were detected by ELISA of BRSV,BPIV3,BRSV.The result was that antigen positive rate of I,J,M farms was 28%(7/25),36%(9/25),12%(3/25)respectively,the others were 0(CI,0~13.72%).BPIV3 antigen rate of A farm was 12%(3/25),B farm was 8%(2/25),and the other farms were 0(CI,0~13.72%).700 calf serum samples from 14 dairy farm were detected by ELISA.The result was that the antigen positive rate of BAV3 is 19.12%.
