The maximization and the complication of modern architecture make the intelligent emergency evacuation becomes a necessary trend.However, most of the existing emergency evacuation guidance system are in the form of independence and cannot play its role well in some of environment, then quite a number of people died because it cannot search the direction of evacuation. Therefore, a system which can guide the evacuation route dynamically should be researched in order to reduce people's evacuation time and avoid blind escaping.Nowadays, current dynamic escape guidance systems which are mainly to choose the evacuation route beforehand or to do local optimization have their own limitation. This paper starting with the fire risk analysis of the building interior identify the fire risk of each independent space in the same storey ,at the same time ,Gustav Planar Analytical Method is applied to calculate the indoor fire risk degree and the personal risk degree. Different fire risk areas are divided and then getting the influence coefficients effecting on its evacuation route as a necessary parameter.According to the features of the normal building fires and the people injury degree, two dangerous states were determined. Based on this, fire alarm levels were divided and the patterns of the detector were selected reasonably. Rooms in third-class risk area are alarmed only one time, rooms in other areas are alarmed by three stages. Different ways of evacuation are determined by different alarming stages. After analyzing the evacuation spaces such as the path and the hall, use the parameters that were analyzed in front paper and the genetic algorithm to choose the best route in the same storey. At last, this intelligent emergency evacuation guidance model is applied a building in Shenyang.
