| Co2 laser scanning treatment system is based on the principle that the absorption of 10.6 um laser by body surface and organization will generate a effective treatment, it is a new laser application in the medical industry. With the development of modern electronic technology, CPU is integrated with more functions and interfaces, so it can significantly reduce the external device in the laser scanning control system, and improve the system integration and reliability. Therefore, it is the trend that building small-scale control system with this type of CPU.A 2D Laser-scanning control system with small size, low power consumption, higher integration has been successfully designed in this paper, basing on the in-depth research and sound investigation, The following is the main parts in this paper:1, A laser scanning control hardware platform has been decided based on the research and analysis of Co2 laser tube and servo motor system.2, A microcontrollers has been used as core with the off-chip voltage reference, DAC, Operational amplifier and FLASH memory and LCD displays for the purpose that increasing system integration and reliability the hardware platform was built with these components.3, The hardware of laser scanning control system has been verified, and system initialization and the main functions of the various modules have been programmed with C language, The generation of the graphics boundary and the graphics filling algorithm have been simulated .and realized. RS-232 was used in the system in communication with control panel which programmed by VB language. The system achieves all the control function required finally.The results show that, the design of control system in this paper is practical. The system is feasible and high integrated, and has more advantage, therefore this control system can also be used in other field with the application of laser and serve motor.
