Highway Construction is the bonds to bring about national economic development,The western region of the unique natural environment and climatic conditions makeing soil salinization more extensive distribution,Saline Soil under the ground waterenvironmental temperature, as well as the combined effects of vehicle is prone to salt bulging, frost heave depression,as well as frothing solution integrated diseasebrings adverse effects on the highway normal operations, maintenance and repair。For different levels of Highway , the Saline Area highway pavement has different types of diseases, mainly as:longitudinal cracks, undulating waves and the road network and so on。Under investigation at the scene, with different levels of the highway embankment road diseases, the diseases of the basic law, and factors influencing, the different levels of fixed-point observation sections of the road,This paper analysis,deformation and road salt bulging relations。Further on,in the main highway saline land area Disease, analysising in the water, salt, heat,and power associated, theoretical and practical application of the method of combiningget to the Highway diseases of dominant factor, and on that basis, taking full account of saline land area,highway section of the soil, climate, groundwater level as well as on both sides of the environment, combining indoor and outdoor test data and fixed-point observation section of the disease form of saline land areain order to get internal factors of highway diseases so as to control the saline soil area to provide reasonable basis in the highway disease to delay the road early destruction and further to extend road life.Saline land for the District Highway disease characteristics, in order to make highway maintenance departments to make timely and accurate knowledge of the extent of damage , It is very necessarythe to establish a reasonable evaluation of saline land area highway system, But is only limited to the individual or the past two indicators simple ,quantitative and qualitative evaluation of multiple factors can not be more comprehensive indicators of saline land area of the highway disease specificity. Therefore, the final in this paper, summed up the evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of existing grey theory, fuzzy mathematics and mathematical statistics, proposing application - AHP multi-level fuzzy evaluation system on the main highway saline land area to evaluate disease.
