Due to the high underground water level and the capillary effect, salinization phenomenon is very serious in the yellow river flood field. Currently there is no research on the law of salt accumulation in the process of silty soil secondary salinization during and after the construction of saline soil roadbed. In the road engineering, general highway subgrade often do not do special processing to the saline soil. For the disposal of senior highway project roadbed in saline soils area, the method of setting layers, cutting off water and gas-water, is proposed with good results.Though the method of setting layers for saline soil roadbed disposal is obviously effective, the previous designe of full-face partition results in long working hours and high construction cost. Analysis the law of salt accumulation and disposal technology in the saline soil of yellow river flood field studies is very important for highway diseases prevention and reduce the project cost. This research is way to cover all-important aspects of the law of salt accumulation in the Yellow River flood field, such as salt accumulation in the process of stratified compaction, the feasibility of partial block disposal of the roadbed, and also the reasonable length of partial block disposal, via the tools and methods as vertical tube model test, indoor roadbed model test, layer compaction model test, road-paving test and numerical simulation. Through the verticaL tube modeL test, the citical gathering height for the salt of silty soil in the Yellow River flood area to form weak saline soil is 1.35m. When the top of roadbed is above the maximum rising height of capillary water, there won’t be phenomenon of surface salt accumulation on top of the roadbed, moreover, no obvious surface salt accumulation will form on the top of roadbed in the process of salt migration and aggregation. According to the layered filling test and roadbed model test, in the process of roadbed layer-compacting, due to the interval paving time of each layer is quite long, and under the influence of capillarity and evaporation action, there occurs some aggregation of salt between layers.Besides. But the salt content is low and the surface does not appear salt crystallization. In the following filling process, the capillary water keeps rising, resulting in some of the salt in the accumulation area dissolves. The salt exists in the soil moisture content, more will not reduce the layer degree, the subgrade section partition disposal effect is good. This study analyzes the the influence of different roadbed height, groundwater depth, groundwater salinity on the law of salt accumulation, and presents reasonable length of partition disposal for sections of different conditions.Adoption of this article put forward the saline soil subgrade slope foot partially partition technology solutions, which can effectively prevent embankment and secondary salinization in saline soil subgrade to reduce costs and shorten the construction time. The economic benefit of this method is remarkable.
