Study On ZK-worm

The conical surface enveloping worm is easy to cutting,it may exat moulding by grinding. Archimedes worm inconveniently to grinding and involute worm need special machine to grinding. So the conical surface enveloping worm used increasingly and commended to use by national standard.This paper is based on the theory about the conical surface enveloping worm and discussed about the mesh theory,the equation about helicoid,instantaneous contact line between the worm and worm wheel,abduction curvature two kind of bourn,the angle between the direction about instantaneous contact line and the direction about relatively speed.On the base of above theory. summarize the moulding principle and technique about the conical surface enveloping worm, include the method about grinding and measure,design the worm wheel hob ect.In purpose of apply the concial surface enveloping worm in my manufactory, learn the mishap assort and relatively about conical surface enveloping worm,involute worm and archimedes worm .
