The water is not only the indispensable natural resources for human survival,but also the environmental resource that the creatures for survival.With the energy crisis deepens increasingly, the shortage of water resource has already developed into one of the resources environmental question that the world is paid close attention to extremely.The important tasks are to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources and to give play to benefit of water resources.And the evaluation of water resources is the basis of sustainable utilization of water resources,so it is significant to evaluate water resources.Based on study profoundly the theories and methods that research on water resources in the nation and abroad,the water resource of Sanjiang Plain is studied.The study combined with the real circumstance of the area.The main contents are as follows:According to the characteristics of water resources in this area,water resources quantity on surface and groundwater are calculated respectively.The results show that the quantities of surface water is 114 billion m~3,the annual average supplies of groundwater is 70.32×10~8m~3/a,the exploitable capacity of groundwater is 55.94×10~8m~3/a,current exploitation of groundwater is 51.22×10~8m~3/a,which takes about 78%of the total supplied quantity and 91.56%of the exploitable capacity.Therefore,water resources of area is very abundant,groundwater has the potential of water resources development.According to the practical situations of Sanjiang Plain,an evaluation method namely DRASCLP is suggested based on the Entropy Weight.In this method,seven indexes are selected as the parameters,and the weight of each factor is calculated by the entropy-weight coefficient method,and the space superposition function of GIS technology can be used to evaluate groundwater vulnerability.By the means introduced above,groundwater vulnerability extent of each area is obtained.The chapter introduces theory of the water resource carrying capacity in detail,which establishes evaluation index system water resource carrying capacity.Based on the set pair analysis model,the evaluation model of water resources carrying capacity of Sanjiang Plain has been established.The six relative indicators are selected as evaluation factors,for example per capita amount of water supplied,use efficiency of water resources,irrigation ratio of arable land,water supply modulus,water demand modulus,the water resources of per capita.Water resources carrying capacity is evaluated in the area.The concept of model is clear,and the method is simple. Compared with traditional methods,the method is more detailed to reflect quantity differences of water resources relative to assessment classification in each area. The theory and the practice have been associated organically.The research achievement of the paper provides a decision-making basis for water resource development,and also is the basis of water resources planning.
