| With the development of computer and electrical technology,the performance of the electrical machine had been improved and consummated increasingly.These diversification put forward higher and higher performance and quality indicators,the electrical properties of precision test was even more important about the electrical machine.But the development of the monitoring and protect instruments is backward comparatively.According to the characteristics of the electrical operating system,useing SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) AT89S52 and sensor testing technology and to establish a major operation of the electrical parameters of the monitoring system. The system not only fulfilled the real-time monitoring, but also completed on a number of electrical parameters for the analysis. The system consists of measuring parameters, the hardware components and software components.The measuring parameters design including sensor selection,amplification circuit design, filtering circuit design and hardware reliability design.The hardware circuit design includes the tester and transcriber, as well as the wireless communications, including a communications with the PC through the USB.In the software part completed the link between the various modules.In the interface unit,software platform was designed base on the labview,including the overall settings, historical data access,graphical data display and data tables display,and storage of data,and read and delete operations.Print the historical data that specified period of time,making users to know the period of time the information changes.The user-friendly interface is intuitive, and easy to operate.The experimental results show that the design can meet the practical requirements,the error small,can be used in practical applications.The monitoring system for the future development of a large-scale management system has taken a basic and pioneering step,the results have the advanced nature and potential economic benefits.
