This paper summarizes the research background,research status and application of this project at home and abroad,and in view of the low efficiency of manual detection and human subjective factors and other shortcomings,adopts the machine vision based component detection technology to plan the overall structure of detection equipment in this project.The measurement scheme is analyzed and selected,and the measurement device is planned according to the overall measurement scheme.The measurement device is divided into three subsystems: visual perception system,image processing and measurement system and motion control system.Then the function of each subsystem is divided and designed according to the function of each subsystem.In the aspect of visual perception system,the characteristics and application of light source are analyzed.The parameters of camera and lens are calculated and the model is selected according to the principle of optical imaging.In the aspect of control system and controller,according to the working principle of the test device,the motion control scheme is determined,and the main moving parts stepping motor is selected and the control parameters are calculated.According to the control scheme,the controller hardware is designed,the development platform is selected,and the chip hardware resource is allocated,and the peripheral circuit is planned and designed.In the aspect of controller software,according to the chip selection development environment and development language,according to the control principle,the work flow of controller software is planned,the control software is divided into four operation states,and the tasks of each operation state are defined.In the aspect of computer graphics processing program,according to the working principle,the working process of the program is established,the expression of digital image is studied,and the image format used in the system is determined;how to obtain the target image from the camera and the filtering method of digital image are studied,and the threshold segmentation and edge detection methods are studied and obtained through experiments by selecting and improving the filtering method Data analysis results,screening,improving methods,learning to use the method of circle fitting to measure the target.After installing and testing the hardware of the controller,testing the feasibility of the hardware,testing the product data through the experimental platform,analyzing the results and making conclusions,proving that the system has high measurement accuracy and can meet the measurement requirements of the project.
