| Through analyzing the perception and initiative of the city's night scene and light environment, I put the emphasis on creating the atmosphere of the modern city's night scene and light environment with the organic combination of the construction and the regional culture,economy , landscape and so on . I also will integrate the theory of project and the practice with the experience in writing "The Project of the Night Scene and Light Environment of Hefei" and "The Project of the Control on the Outside Advertisement Design in Hefei's Urban Area" (which were compiled during 2004-2005). I will take the deep investigation and analysis of the interrelationships among the attributes, characteristics, emphasis, and elements (architecture, facilities, circumstances, historic figures and cultural heritage) of Hefei. Thus the attributes determine the atmosphere ,the characteristics determine the specialty, the emphasis determine the main scene , the interrelationships of the elements determine the minor scene and background scene ,which makes up the whole effect of the night scene and light environment. On the basis of the special knowledge, I will make a general analysis on the solution to the problem of the night scene and light environment of the Middle Changjiang Road.The city's night scene and light environment not only expands the space of the city but also extends the expression of the city's scenery. Besides, it is an important way to exhibit the regional culture, historic figures and culture heritage and landscape of the city to the outside. Thanks to rebuilding the light environment and promoting the night scene, the investment and housing environment in cities becomes better and the development of business and tourist booms, which brings out the enormous economic and social effects. The city's night scene and light environment is not just to be light, but to be high-effective, beautiful, comfortable, economical and environmental.
