The100metres indoor comprehensive experiments happen in a close shooting-lane shooting hall. The objective of the design is to provide a good visual environment in order to ensure that there is almost no difference in shooter’s visual sensation in both aiming and shooting between shooting indoors and outdoors, so that the shooting results will not be affected.Better quality of lighting requires a high level in both illuminance and uniformity of illuminance. The paper puts forward clear technique specifications in color temperature, color-rendering index, choices in wall and target paper colors and glare index, by investigating the relationship between photopic and scotopic vision, color, glare, etc. and fatigue and comfort level of human vision. Afterwards the layout of light source in each part of shooting lane will be optimized by using DIALUX, to create a series of image illumination and3D design sketches. Confirm the project and analyse the results. The testing results show that they meet index of shooting lane lighting technique.Finally, according to the detailed specifications on100metres indoor comprehensive experiments on the design of shooting lane lighting system, it validates the rationality and feasibility of the project by analysing the uniformity of illuminance of each area in shooting lane, averge illumination, intensity of shooting by shooters and change of temperature.
