Based on the Wujiazi Irrigation Area Project of the Water Diversion Project from Nenjiang River to Baicheng City, this thesis mainly discussed the natural economic conditions, the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the low plain in Zhenlai Town. According to environmental problems to the irrigation area caused by the water diversion project, the influencing analyzes are made in four aspects, which are water quantity, water level, water quality and soil environment, and in this area both the hydrogeological conceptual model and the simulation model for the heterogeneous isotropy groundwater flow are studied.In water quantity aspect, considering the complex effects of different recharge and discharge, the storage of groundwater is calculated in current year and forecasted after the project is built in 10 years. In water quality aspect, under the effects of the mix action of irrigation water and groundwater, the concentration of different ions are forecasted, the forecasting period is 10 years. In water level forecasting aspect, the software of GMS is used to simulate, this part is the main body of this thesis. Finally, according to the results, the balance between salts in this area is calculated, and based on the climate conditions, the trend of salinization in the irrigation area after 10 years is forecasted.The MAP module and MODFLOW module in GMS (Groundwater Modeling System)software are used to simulate the Quaternary unconfined aquifer and confined aquifer of the Wujiazi Irrigation Area, and after the identification and verification of the model, the parameters which can reflect the actual hydrogeological conditions can be got. Based on these parameters, the most suitable irrigation system for the growth of the crops is chosen, and under different climate conditions, the model is used to forecast the changing trend of groundwater quantity and water level of the irrigation area in 2010, meanwhile the groundwater quality is also forecasted. The water level contours maps in 2015 and 2020 are offered, the results of which are also analyzed, and the influences on the environment by the projects are concluded.The research results show that: (1) the built of Wujiazi Irrigation Area solve the serious problem of water lack, and increase the storage of groundwater; (2) water diversion project increase the water level, and differences in soil characteristics and original water level may cause the difference in the increase of water level; (3) if the irrigation conditions are constant, under influence of different climate conditions, the increase of water level in this area may be different; (4) though the water level in the area may increase, violent lixiviation action decreases the salinization; (5) the water diversion project makes advantaged influence on groundwater quality.Finally, according to the adverse influences on the environment, some schemes and management measures of the development of groundwater are offered, which are to decrease the outside water diversion, and to meet the water need of the irrigation area, to decrease the cost of water diversion, and to improve the entironment.
