Tian Shan's Yellow River diversion Project is the largest agricultural electric power drainage and irrigation project in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.Distributed in Pingyin and Feicheng counties in this irrigation area,the designed irrigation area is 317,000 mu and the drainage area is 16,000 mu.It solves the problem of 62,000 people in 81 villages in the mountainous area,and undertakes the task of flood control and drainage of 57 square kilometers around Pingyin County.Since 1999,Tian Shan Irrigation District has been included in the national large-scale irrigation area water-saving renovation and continuation supporting projects.Most of the engineering facilities and electromechanical equipment of the first and second stage pumping stations and the third stage pumping stations in Xiaodian in Feicheng County have been renovated.The main and sub-main canals of nearly 60 km have been transformed to prevent seepage,and some management facilities have been constructed.After the transformation,the water supply capacity and guarantee rate are greatly improved,the water utilization rate is increased,the irrigation cost is reduced,and the water supply guarantee is provided for the sustainable development of industry and agriculture in the irrigation area.However,in recent years,the irrigation area has less water supply for agricultural irrigation,and the utilization rate of irrigation area project is very low.How to give full play to the advantages of irrigation area project and promote the coordinated development of social,economic and ecological environment in irrigation area is still a major problem to be solved urgently.In view of the problems existing in seepage control and seepage control of sand sink in Tian Shan Irrigation Area,this paper carefully analyses and studies various schemes for danger removal and reinforcement of embankments in China at present,probes into the engineering seepage control measures adopted in seepage control treatment of sand sink embankment in Tian Shan Irrigation Area,and analyses its seepage control characteristics,construction technology,engineering cost,seepage control parameters and suitable conditions for strata.Aiming at the geological conditions of the dike of the sand sink pool in Tian Shan Irrigation Area,the seepage control effects of natural seepage control,horizontal seepage control and vertical seepage control schemes are studied through finite element seepage calculation,and the effects of different horizontal seepage control lengths and vertical seepage control depths on the seepage volume and escape slope drop are analyzed.Based on the results of finite element analysis and economic comparative analysis,the optimal seepage control scheme suitable for the geological conditions of the sand sink dike in Tian Shan Irrigation Area is selected,and the economic and reasonable seepage control scheme for reducing the seepage in Tian Shan Irrigation Area and the engineering measures for effectively avoiding secondary salinization of the land outside the irrigation area are discussed.Based on the analysis and study of concrete seepage control methods,and through the analysis of geological data,the seepage calculation,construction technology,construction method and investment are compared.Finally,the plastic concrete seepage control thin wall constructed by hydraulic slotting mechanism is chosen as the seepage control scheme of the dam foundation of the sand sink pool in Tian Shan irrigation area.It is not only technically reasonable,but also economically feasible.It can provide valuable reference examples for similar projects.
