Research On The Method Of Urban Traffic Emergency Evacuation Management System And Its Application

With the rapid development of society and economy, cities have become increasingly modernized, the conflict between traffic supply and demand becomes ever more fierce, and the traffic network gets very fragile. At the same time, many emergency accidents would happen frequently, which might result in traffic congestion so much as traffic paralysis. And it is very difficult and inconvenient to rescue in time, thus cause not only property damage, but also large casualty. Under this circumstance, it is essential to take out preventive solutions of emergency evacuation many scholars have already been focusing on this research domain.Firstly, significance of research urban traffic emergency evacuation on emergency accident condition is presented in this paper, based on analyzing the present urban traffic and the impact of emergency accident. A principle of emergency accident disposal and emergency evacuation is brought forward, and a frame of urban traffic emergency evacuation and its main functions are designed. The emphasis is to analyze the function of traffic management department and establish the method of creating preventive solutions of emergency evacuation traffic management.Secondly, this paper researches the travel demand forecasting and management method of urban traffic emergency evacuation on emergency accident condition, including trip generation, trip distribution, trip mode sorting and trip assignment, and put forward the feedback traffic demand forecasting and management flow procedure. Namely It begins with analyzing the urban traffic problems of the emergency evacuation according to the forecasting result, then giving the traffic demand management method, which would made the traffic demand change, next, returning the new traffic demand to previous forecasting and modify it. Repeat this procedure till demand forecasting and management of urban traffic emergency evacuation on emergency accident condition is accomplished.At last, an optimum route of rescue and evacuation is found by using the traffic simulation software to analyze the traffic condition of urban traffic emergency evacuation including traffic rate, speed and saturation, then the preventive solutionsof traffic control and management is given and evaluated from the angle of the level of traffic service and evacuation time.As an example, according to the trip characters of emergency evacuation on the emergency accident conditions, the traffic demand forecasting and management of a specified district in Wuhan city is analyzed in this thesis using the TransCAD software based on a large number of data, then some relative preventive solutions of traffic emergency evacuation control is farther brought out. It is proved that the preparative solutions for traffic are reasonable in improving the traffic situation and evacuation efficiency through simulation.
