According to the question lead to difficult to decrease the hysteresis and contact pressure during the form of the outline of the finger seal girder, attempt to bring forward a new structure of the finger seal girder outline- no-gradual-enlargement finger seal. Having great difference with the tradition structure, its outline is no-gradual-enlargement.The reason of rotator the key point coordinate and restriction , origin of the new coordinate system after transform , the angle of the rotator .transform of the key point between the new and old coordinate system , the rotator angle of coordinate system in ANSYS during the FEM model come into being . All these questions are all discussed in detail in this paper and math expressions are given. MATLAB programme about these math expressions are also given. If parameters are different, only need to change a few of the parameter in the programme.Contact analysis module of ANSYS is introduced in brief. Constructing of no-gradual-enlargement finger seal's 3-D FEM model in ANSYS are given in detail, a parameter token performance of no-gradual-enlargement finger seal is put forward: length ratio, analysis prove that length ratio influence the character of no-gradual-enlargement finger seal greatly .Contact pressure, hysteresis and no-even pressure ratio of no-gradual-enlargementfinger seal under different length ratio and root circle of no-gradual-enlargement finger seal are constructed and analyzed , rules are summarized. Contrast of the no-gradual-enlargement and tradition finger seal are also given, result indicates that contact pressure of the no-gradual-enlargement is much smaller than traditional one .this can improve the life of the finger seal.All these work can help the research of the finger seal in the future.
