With the Carrying out of the STCW 78/95 Treaty and the development of seamen's recharging training, there will be a big market for the ship power simulator.In the thesis, characteristic of ship electric power system is analyzed firstly, prophase project is brought forward, and power station of 60000T tanker is simulated lastly.Ship power station is an independent power system. The power station simulation system consists of microcomputers, various kinds of physics equipment and instruments. A mathematical model is set up based on the electrical system of the generator sets and the power production process. Power station computer simulation is realized through operation on digital computers. The most important task is to set up a mathematical model that describes the power station simulation system when we develop a simulator. Power station simulation system has two main parts: part one is the generator sets梩he diesel engine, the generator and accessories. Part two includes monitoring, protection, alarm, operation devices as well as devices that regulate the operation of the generator. Therefore, the mathematical model for the generator sets also has two parts: one is a dynamic mathematical model used to simulate diesel engines, generators, accessories and a mathematical model for system dynamic state, that is described in the part of generator model analyzing; the other is a logic and monitoring mathematical model used to simulate ship power station protection, alarm operation and monitoring, that is described in the part of program chart.Short current is described and simulated in thesis, the data of short current are difficult to gain in a ship.The result of the simulation has it clear that the data of imitating are the same as the ship ' s and that the model are correct.
