With the development of economy, China's traffic demand has been increasing, the domestic major cities successively built large modern integrated traffic passenger transport hub station and put into use. In this background, how to establish emergency management system which conforms to our country modern large integrated passenger transport hub operation is a major issue to study in urgent need.And emergency evacuation as an important part of emergency management system especially should be valued.Passengers gather and disperse largely in passenger transport hub, once there are accidents, the consequence will be unimaginable without good emergency evacuation ability. So the scientific evaluation of the hub station emergency evacuation capacity is vital significant.This thesis do some research as follows around the large-scale railway passenger transport hub station emergency evacuation evaluation based on analysis of situation at home and abroad:First of all,some research on large-scale railway passenger transport hub station with the reality of our country is done, which includes the large-scale passenger characteristics, incident type, analysis of operation risk factors.Then, according to the emergency evacuation basic theory, the factors affecting emergency evacuation are analyzed systematically and designed the ideas and procedures of large-scale railway passenger transport hub station emergency evacuation evaluation based on risk.Third, established large-scale railway passenger transport hub station emergency evacuation evaluation model, mainly including evaluation index system of emergency evacuation, calculation of evaluation index weight, selecting of evaluation model and method, etc. Calculated large-scale railway passenger transport hub station emergency evacuation evaluation index weight by the analytic hierarchy process, constructed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on risk.Finally, with Beijing south station as an example, get the result of emergency evacuation evaluation, then puts forward some measure strengthening Beijing south station emergency evacuation ability, provides decision-making basis of safety operation management.
