Investigation on broadleaved mixed forest, tree-shrub mixed forest, broadleaved forest, coniferous forest and shrub forest vegetation restoration models which were used on MU FU Mountain in Nangjin. Calculating the species diversity index(Shannon-Winner index and Simpson index), Pielou evenness index and species richness index of five different vegetation restoration models. Analyzing the characteristics of community structure and plant diversity, and determined the soil physiochemical in different models. The results showed that:(1) From big to small order of species diversity index of five different vegetation restoration models was: broadleaved mixed forest>tree-shrub mixed forest> broadleaved forest>coniferous forest >shrub forest. The differences of plants diversity were significantly in tree layer, shrub layer and grass layer, and the grass layer had the highest plants diversity index.(2) The changing trend of Shannon-Winner index and Simpson index of five models were basically identical, broadleaved mixed forest and tree-shrub forest had the first and the second changing range in five models. The biggest changing range of evenness index was tree forest, the second was broadleaved mixed forest, the third was tree-shrub forest, and the worst were coniferous forest and shrub forest.(3) Comparing with the waste land, the bulk density and the porosity of the soil in vegetation restoration models were lower and higher, which showed that the vegetation restoration models improved the structure the soil and would be good for holding and permeating the water. In aspect of soil nutrient, available nitrogen, available potassium and organic matter were all improved in vegetation restoration models, which showed that the vegetation restoration models improved soil nutrient obviously.
