Study On The Assessment Of Sustainable Development Of The Eco-industrial Park In Arid Region

The ecological environment in arid areas is fragile.The special natural and geographical conditions become bottlenecks which restrict the economic development in arid areas.Eco-industrial park is a new form of industrial organization which use theories such as the recycling economy ,ecological industry,cleaner production to plan and implement. So the politics, industry and academia both domestic and foreign thought eco-industrial park to be the best practical form which is to increase resource utilization, reduce environmental pollution, protect the environment. Thus, taking industrial ecology theory as instruction and construction of eco-industrial park as implementation program, choosing recycling economy and new road to industrialization is an important way to make industrial park's construction sustainable develop in arid areas.the paper takes the concept of sustainable development into the index selection and uses the AHP to analyse the weights of the index system constructed; also it uses fuzzy mathematics method to establish evaluation model and evaluation criterion and then make a comprehensive evaluation of the industrial park's sustainable development ability in the research area.The paper puts forward countermeasures to enhance the capacity of the sustainable development based on the analysis of evaluation results.The innovative points of this paper are as follows:(1)Make a discussive and comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development capacity of the eco-industrial park in arid areas.(2) In the study, the evaluation index system combined with qualitative and quantitative indicators was constructed.The paper established evaluation model and criterion by using uzzy and comprehensive assessment method.
