Study On Ecological Performance Evaluation Of Industrial Clusters In The View Of Sustainable Development

Cluster enterprises in regional economic industrial parks play an important synergistic role in promoting local economic growth and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the existing industrial parks form firmly adhere to the principle of economic supremacy and emphasis on economic efficiency deucedly.The biased development thought of ignoring environmental benefits and social benefits has brought a series of serious environmental and social sequelae,and in turn affects the economic efficiency of the park,forcing the industrial parks have to reverse the economic benefits to govern environmental and social problems,which deviates from the road of sustainable development in China.Therefore,this paper attempts to integrate the concept of ecological performance from the perspective of sustainable development,and take Changle Industrial Park as the research object to study the evaluation of ecological performance of cluster enterprises.First of all,this paper combs the related connotation of cluster enterprises in industrial parks and the related research on general performance evaluation.On this basis,the concept of ecology was introduced,and the related research on eco-performance and evaluation index of cluster enterprises in industrial parks was carried out.And then consider the sustainable development of enterprises related to the content,sort out the relationship between sustainable development and ecological performance.And then builds a set of economic,environmental and social integration in the industrial park clusters of enterprises sustainable development of ecological performance evaluation system.Strict adherence to the evaluation index system construction principles and related methods,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Changle Industrial Park,textile and chemical fiber and mechanical manufacturing two types of cluster enterprise ecological performance evaluation practice.The relevant data were obtained by interviewing experts and members of enterprises to complete the designed questionnaire.According to the data provided,the ecological performance evaluation of textile chemical fiber and machinery manufacturing cluster enterprises in Changle Industrial Park are respectively obtained and compared,and the suggestions on the optimization of ecological performance of cluster enterprises in domestic industrial parks are given.In general,the ecological performance of textile and chemical fiber cluster enterprises in Changle Industrial Park of our province is better,the ecological performance of machinery manufacturing cluster enterprises is good,but the ecological performance of economic,environmental and social levels is not balanced.The environmental performance index of the industrial park is inclined,and it is hoped that China's industrial parks will pay more attention to economic performance and strengthen the environmental and social benefits,supplemented by this,and finally realize the overall ecological performance of industrial parks cluster enterprises and realize the sustainable development goals.
