Nowadays China has experienced the stage of rapid development of industrialization.With the deepening of industrialization,the problem and pollution caused by pouring waste water of industrial park into lakes is becoming more and more serious.It is not only significant to evaluate existing water treatment technology in order to set up wastewater discharge standard,but also important for effective management of pollution in lakes and rivers.In this thesis,we choose two of National industrial zones,which are Taihu Lake and Haihe River,as study area.We discuss and analyze the current status of water treatment technology.Based on analysis of related assessment methods,we choose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Furthermore,some suggestions for improvement are provided.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First,the evaluation system for end water treatment technology for industrial parks is provided.We use analysis and synthesis methods for preliminary building up evaluation system.Furthermore,Delphi is used to amend index system.Based on the current development situation of end water treatment technology,we build up a scientific and rational evaluation system which is suitable for industrial zone.Second,the weight coefficients of our new proposed evaluation system for typical study area are decided.Based on the establishment of our new proposed evaluation system,the subjective weight coefficients are determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and objective weight coefficients corresponds to Entropy method.Then we use weighted-average method to combine the subjective and objective weight coefficients and finally obtain index levels for the evaluation system.Moreover,the assessment models for water treatment technology in the industrial parks are proposed in the thesis.The assessment level and criteria are confirmed based on literature review,field research and consulting experts.We determine the membership function for each criteria using fuzzy distribution methods and furthermore determine synthesis method and score composition calculation method.We use the waste water treatment plant in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area(TEDA)as a case study for model verification and validation.The score for this wastewater treatment technology is 77,which is in average level.The corresponding improvement suggestions are provided in the thesis.Finally,based on the above assessment system and model,we use JAVA language to build up an assessment program.The waste water treatment in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area(TEDA)is used as a case study for this programme.The programme is efficient and can accurately assess the pros and cons for various water treatment technology in the industrial parks.The program can provide corresponding suggestions and advices for wastewater treatment plants.The points that are provided in the thesis can be regarded as a reference for future wastewater pollution policy in China.
