This paper was focus on the works of WuCaiWan coal liquefaction with autoclave, such as the technology parameters of coal liquefaction and the sulfuring process of Fe-S catalyst, finally, works on co-liquefaction was operated. The results showed the WuCaiWan coal fit for directly coal liquefaction.Firstly, basing on the Fe-S catalyst, under the various atmosphere and solvents, and with promoter NiSO4 catalyst CoSO4.In addition, the amount of FeS as catalyst also examined, we also characterized fraction of liquefaction products. The results showed that the N2 atmosphere, the hydrogen is mainly rely on coal and its activated hydrogen provided by solvent, when H2 atmosphere, activated hydrogen is mainly from the hydrogen gas and solvent, respectively. Aim at oil production rate, promoted catalyst more significant promote Fe2O3 than FeSO4,NiSO4 and CoSO4 with FeSO4, can significantly reduce gas production rate, From the analysis of GC-MS with Fe2O3+S for catalyst, mostly active hydrogen from solvent, FeSO4+S as catalyst, from hydrogen gas phase.Secondly examined the fly ash as coal liquefaction catalyst, with NiSO4 and CoSO4 added to fly ash for liquefaction catalyst promoter , and results show that: the fly ash as the main catalyst amount of 3 wt % Fe, (-daf), NiSO4 and CoSO4 promoter catalyst for 0.30wt% (-daf, and 0.15wt%), T = 415℃, the best effect on oil production rate was 66.58% and 68.01%.Thirdly basically introduces surfurating iron catalyst, the coal liquefaction research papers of this chapter is the key. After surfurating Fe2O3,FeSO4 and FeS under moderate conditions, they were characterized by XRD, TEM and EDS, and the catalytic activity of them compared through liquefaction experiments for the coal sample from WuCaiWan with high inertinite. XRD and EDS results show that they were produced Fe1-xS after surfurating them. As a target of oil yield the catalytic activity of them before and after surfurating order Fe2O3> FeSO4>FeS and (Fe1-xS)FeSO4>(Fe1-xS)Fe2O3> (Fe1-xS)FeS. Especially after surfurating FeSO4, SEM shows that it formed into regular nano-ball and its particle size became much small obviously, the catalytic activity enhanced prominently, and yields of oil and conversion increased percentage points of 11.5 and 7, namely, reached 74.7% and 79.8%, respectively.Finally, basically introduces HeiShan coal liquefaction process optimization and the residue oil with HeiShan coal co- liquefaction, Results show that: aimed at the oil production rate, solvent is an apparent influence impact, aimed at conversion, the pressure of hydrogen apparently influenced conversion, And the residue of coal liquefaction process, generate the synergy effect.
