Taken the Longkou lignite and Xinwen gas coal as raw materials, the microorganism solubilizing coal and its liquefaction mechanism have been studied by solvent swelling or oxidization pretreatment technology in this paper.Firstly, the experiment has used the distinction culture medium to separate and screen fine strains from the environment, then three methods for carrying on microorganism solubilization of coal have been used separately to investigate the influence of each kind of factors on solubilizing coal, such as the culture medium composition and dosage, inoculation, extracellular culture with coal response time, etc. The experimental results indicated: solubilizing result of cell culture was superior to that of cell-free culture filtrate and solubilizing result of a coal induced cell-free culture filtrate was superior to that of a non-coal induced cell-free culture filtrate; coal solubilizing extent also depended on oxygen content of coal and the coal could be solubilized by the microorganism only when oxygen content was high by 25%; oxidized pretreatment by the nitric acid could strength microorganism solubilizing coal, while solvent swelling result was not obvious; pH of culture raised and tended to stable, finally revealed alkalinity along with time increasing, simultaneously the experiment used culture medium containing ABTS to determine that microorganism did not secrete enzyme in the solubilizing process which confirmed adequately the alkaline mechanism.In order to appraise solubilizing result, the experiment has used extraction method to appraise soloubilizing result. The experiment indicated that solubilizing result of various strains was consistent with solubilizing result expressed by absorbency (solubilizng rate). Proximate and Ultimate analysis of solubilizing products indicated that the ash of obviously dropped, H/C,N/C atom rate increased; by infrared spectroscopic analysis (FTIR) analysis indicated that structure of solubilizing product was similar with that of the raw coal, only in solubilizing product the hydroxyl function strengthened, in the product either the arone or the carbonyl structure increased; Gas -Mass chromatography (G - MS) analysis indicated that in the solubilizing process the microorganism secretion product has destroyed the coal macromolecular structure, it observed extracellular polymer forming after strain reacting to...
