Synthesis And Study Of Some Compounds Containing 1, 2, 3-triazole And Pyrazole (or Thiazole, Pyridine) Or Fused Heterocycles

1H-1,2,3-triazole derivatives are one type of chemical compound that has widely biological activities and extensive use to industry,agriculture and medicine and so on.Based on their vast foreground,the compounds are researched by more and more chemists,and many novel significant compounds were synthesized. Seeing that the above-mentioned,43 new heterocyclic compounds which contain 1,2,3-triazole nucleus were synthesized and studied in this thesis.They are divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,applications,synthesis and reactions of the compounds containing pyrazole nucleus were reviewed.Next,(3,5-disubstituted-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)(5-arylamino-2H-1, 2,3-triazol-4-yl)methanone were synthesized by four steps from starting aryl amine and yield in last step is up to 96.8%.Crystal structure of(5-methyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-(5-p-tolylamino-2H-1, 2,3-triazol-4-yl)methanone was identified by X-ray diffraction.In the third chapter,depending on convergence principle,some 4-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-2-(1H-pyrazoline-1-yl)thiazole derivatives were synthesized by 2-bromo-1-(5-methyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)ethanone from p-toluidine in three steps,3,5-diaryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamide which were prepared from thiocarbohydrazide two steps in good yield.In the fourth chapter,2,4-diaryl-6-(5-methyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) pyridine were synthesized by method of Krohnke reaction from p-toluidine in moderate yield.In the fifth chapter,synthesis of some 3-substituted-6-(5-methyl-1-p-tolyl-1H-1, 2,3-triazol-4-yl)-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazie was simply introduce.In the last chapter,synthesis of 3,7-diaryl-3,7-dihydro-[1, 2,3]triazolo[4,5-g]indazole was preliminarily study.
