Before real processing, utilizing hypothesized machine technology establishes hypothesized parameters to NC machine, carries on NC processing emulation to the spares in the virtual environment, verifies NC procedure, checks up collision and interference which possibly appear in NC processing, and analyses spares machinability and processing rationality.By typical model of mold's design of wind wheel in the hot blast curtain machine and NC processing, the exploration has been carried on to hypothesized machine modeling method and emulation technology of NC processing. The analysis and optimized process to the tool path has deeply been carried on, and the optimized processing tool path is transformed into NC procedure of NC machine, and NC system and tool file are founded.This article puts forward NC emulation process method, which has the practical significance on shortening production cycle, reducing the product cost, and improving processing quality to workpieces.
