Objective : (1)Manufacture and development of rbbFGF gel.(2) Discuss the feasibility of ELISA detecting rbbFGF's bio-activity.Methods:(1)Screening suitable stabilizer and antiseptic by MTT detecting value increment activity of rbbFGF to mouse 3T3 cell in vitro;(2)Creating skin wounded model of rabbit, inspecting rbbFGF gel's wound plerosis action;(3)Discuss the feasibility of ELISA detecting rbbFGF's bio-activity by comparison between ELISA and MTT.Results :( 1) Screending stabilizer dextran40 and heparin, antiseptic CG, assuring rbbFGF gel can preserve for a long time at room tempertature; (2)This gel has a good wound plerosis action;(3)ELISA detecting rbbFGF bio-activity is corresponding with MTT.Conclusions:(1)Succeed in manufacturing rbbFGF gel, the convenience of manufacture, traffic and administration, ameliorate rbbFGF gel's wound plerosis action at clinical;(2)This gel have a good action of wound plerosis;(3)ELISA is feasible in detecting rbbFGF bio-activity, and ELISA is simple,convenience, high sensitivity, good repetition.
