Liensinine is the primary pharmacal component of capsule for relaxing heart and stepping down blood pressure, which is developing by the second pharmacy factory of Tianjin DaRentang. It is difficult to separate chlorophyll from liensinine by conventional method. In this paper, the technology of absorption-MF is applied to remove chlorophyll from the lotus alcoholic liquor. The modified micro-powder TD-021 was used to absorb chlorophyll firstly. Then it was got out by MF.Firstly, the proper style of membrane was confirmed by the character of material and TD-021. After that the optimum conditions were confirmed by searching the effect of the transmembrane pressure drop, the crossflow velocity on the membrane, and the concentration of TD-021 in the slurry. The preliminary study of membrane pollution and cleanout were done. The results indicated the pollution was less and the flux of the membrane was higher using absorption-MF process than using conventional way. It was easy to control and apply in manufacture.In the paper, the theory analysis was done and the mathematical model of the crossflow-MF was setting. The modified factor of particle size was proposed in the paper on the base of the force analysis. The error of filtration velocity in model and in experiment was from 15%~20%.
