Licnsinine Lie is the primary pharmacal component of capsule for relaxing heartand stepping down blood pressure, which is developed by the second pharmacyfactory of Tianjin Darentang. In this paper, the crossflow membrane filter is applied toremove chlorophyll from the lotus alcoholic liquor and get Licnsinine Lie finally. Thesimple mensuration for Licnsinine Lie and Chlorophyll concentration is founded onthe characteristics of Licnsinine Lie and Chlorophyll. Feasibility of separatingLicnsinine Lie from Chlorophyll with membrane is researched by experiments on thelotus alcoholic liquor. Appropriate conditions of the lotus alcoholic liquorpretreatment is established by studying the effect of feed concentration and PH valueon recovery rate of Licnsinine Lie and removal rate of chlorophyll. In this paper, the flat crossflow membrane filter is used in experiments to researchthe effect of operation pressure, feed concentration and feed velocity on the process ofmembrane filtration. The form, change and effect factors of the resistances areanalyzed in the crossflow membrane filtration. And the resistances include totalresistance Rt, concentration polarization resistance Rbl, cake resistance Rc andincrement of membrane resistance ΔRm. The conditions of laboratory operation forLicnsinine Lie separation with membrane is established by studying the effect ofdifferent operation conditions on resistance distribution, steady permeate velocity andseparation efficiency. The direction of increasing steady permeate velocity andseparation efficiency is pointed out. The mathematics model about the crossflow membrane filtration is founded ontheoretic deducing and experimental data regression for calculating steady permeatevelocity, total resistance Rt, concentration polarization resistance Rbl, cake resistanceRc and increment of membrane resistance ΔRm.
