Study On Monitering Oil Spill By Satellite Remote Sensing Of Bohai Sea Area

Frequent happenness of oil spill accidents has become major barrier to administration of marine evironment and economy. Satellite remote sensing has many advantages and plays different roles in oil spill accidents. This project needs development and consummation immediately. There is no systematic and mature method in the whole world wide.In my post-graduate study,I took part in the investigation of oil spill accident in south sea area of Caofeidian. I analysed the materials by compared with materials before and testified them. Based on spectrum experiment of oil membrane,this article disposed typical oil spill accidents by analysing mathematical image explanation and selected handy,practical methods.This article tried to find out a good method in monitoring marine oil spill,to establish a set of monitor system for Bohai sea area based on acquired data,to provide evidence for prevention of marine pollution and legal compesation,and to provide basic data and relavant materials for further scientific reseach.
