According to eutrophication management problem of the world,take Lake Wuliangsuhai—typical Plant-type Lake as a research object, and analyze ecological evolving process of Lake Wuliangsuhai using satellite image in 1975, 1987, 1996, 2000, 2001 and 2002. Extract marshland zone, reed zone, man-made reed zone, open water zone and so on from satellite image. Using Landsat TM/ETM/MSS and CBERS—1 image data, through TM image spectrum feature of different zones and using TM1,TM2,TM4 and TM5 wave band, lake border and different zones are clearly reflected, so different zones are extracted. According to satellite image data from 1975 to 2001, analyze area change of different zone such as the relation between area change of reed zone and reed production, and forcast marshland evolving process according to satellite image data. The study may clearly reflect space distribution and dynamical change feature of different zones, which provides theretical foundation and guidance significance for eutrophication management of Lake Wuliangsuhai...
