Enhanced human activities lead to increase of pollutants in the atmosphere, polluting substances adsorbed on the atmospheric particles and will migrat with the wind, eventually into lakes and oceans, and destruction of aquatic ecosystem balance. Heavy metal pollution can be toxicity, cumulative and persistence. As the source of nitrogen and acid, the dramatic change of atmospheric nitrogen and phosphorus deposition will seriously affect the productivity of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. This paper selects the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg, as the research objects, From May to October on2013sampling was done and along with analysis and discuss the content subsidence flux into the lake, and distribution characteristics, investigated the atmospheric precipitation way to Wuliangsuhai pollution contribution, the conclusion are:Atmospheric sedimentation of heavy metals elements in the sample with most of the insoluble precipitate state exists in the sample. According to the comparative of the Subsidence flux, agriculture, animal husbandry and non-point source pollution around the lake are the main factors influencing the atmospheric subsidence flux levels of heavy metals. To compare flux and input quantity from different input soures found that in addition to the drain source, atmospheric deposition is another important pollution source t. The total heavy metals of atmospheric sedimentation are:Cu4.221, Zn31.021, Pb3.62t, Cr0.00596, Cd2.88t, Hg0.0948t, As0.944t. Most elements are present a higher contribution rates, which shows that the atmospheric deposition is one of the important sources for heavy metals.Atmospheric dry deposition is priority way for nitrogen deposition. The settlement of flux levels in September and October, obviously are higher than that of other months, fertilizer containing nitrogen by transpiration under the action of the rains washed out after into the atmosphere circulation into the lake water body, is one of the cause for the high flux into the lake. According to analysis different sources of nitrogen input quantity, drained into lakes is971.4t, total input of atmospheric nitrogen deposition is364.1t. Atmospheric nitrogen deposition amount accounted for about37.5%of the draining of total nitrogen input. Atmospheric precipitation method is another important source of nitrogen. Atmosphere phosphorus deposition priority way is as same as nitrogen, dry deposition is priority way. Settlement of phosphorus significantly lower than that of nitrogen deposition fluxes, flux level almost eight times lower than that of nitrogen. All sampling points in July subsidence flux level obviously are higher than other months. Input by draining to the lake of phosphorus total load of148.7t, total atmospheric precipitation way into the lakes is54.06t, which in June and July atmospheric precipitation amount is much higher than that of drained input, respectively is drained into the lake of1.09times and1.97times, so atmospheric precipitation is another important source of phosphorus for the lake.
