Taken plant-type eutrophic Wuliangsuhai lake as a research object in drought and cold area,based on management information system(MIS)theory,geography information system(GIS)theory,database system(DBS)theory,combined with skilled water quality assessment theory,trend analysis model and water quality model, referenced domestic and abroad successful experience of water quality management,analyzed work need of lake water quality management,comply with design principle of science,practicability,unity,expansibility,using object-oriented Visual Basic 6.0,Access 2003,Mapgis 6.6,the thesis established water environmental management and assessment information system in accordance with the condition of serious water pollution and management in Wuliangsuhai lake.Based on the data of measured and experiment in 2006 in Wuliangsuhai lake(22 monitoring points data of physical indexes,chemical indexes,biologic indexes),established water quality indexes database; taken VB6.0 as the development kit,integrated water quality present condition assessment model(index assessment model, fuzzy assessment model);integrated mapgis 6.6 part graphics compile function,finally established water environmental management and assessment information system that possesses the functions of date scan,date query,date management,water quality present condition assessment and GIS etc.The thesis integrated with database,GIS,water quality assessment model,developed water environmental management and assessment information system which is same with wuliagsuhai lake and achieved all kinds of functions modules.Then synthetically assessed water sample of in 2006 in Wuliangsuhai lake by water quality assessment module and analysed N,P element with DTM.The thesis can offer practical feasible decision-making support system for lake management departments based the assessment and analysis result.
