Research And Design On The System Based On Web Of HACCP Quality Control And Information Management

HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) is a scientific,reasonable and intact method for food safety, which tells and controlshazard of food. It is a precautionary system for food-safe control. Based on the analysis of HACCP system in the process of compressedapple fruit, the research chooses internet/intranet and web databasetechnology to develop the system based on web of research and design forthe system based on web of HACCP quality control and management. Theresearch selects the fashionable B/S construction to develop the systemby analyzing the current construction mode of Internet management system.Therefore, designs Web Server+ FTP Server+ASP+ACCESS2000 to put up thesystem. The operating system is Windows 2000 Serve. Web Server and FTPServer are put up by IIS5.0. Dreamweaver4.0 and HTML are used to designwebs. The system use ASP to design netword programs. The database isAccess2000.The Internet Explorer and Microsoft Script Debugger can beused to debug programs. The system includes contents as fellows: 1.The system designs HACCPdetecting module. Not only it can provide every critical control point'shazardous detection, but also can monitor and correct their criticallimits. What is more, the user can easily store, search, delete and updatedata. 2. In order to provide users to transfer data, we design FTPsubsystem. By using of popular FTP server technology, we set FTP serverand make it become bridge between fruit process factory and the system.3. In order to provide the factory to issue products information or othercommercial information, we design the commercial system, which images canbe stored and managed. 4. The system designs five-grade rights to satisfydifferent users, which rights are clear and can be used conveniently.5.The system also designs news system module, information releasingsystem module, message-board module, searching module and email-loginmodule. These modules can provide better and convenient service to users. The research provides a new method for the fruit factories to carryout HACCP system. The system can be operated easily, managed convenientlyand has good intercommunication. The whole system adopts object-orientedprogram design and has good expansibility. The system had tested on the local area network .The result showedit satisfied the design demands and worked well.
