Study On Heavy Metals Distribution Database And Tracing In The Whole Industry Chain Of Kiwi Fruit Products

Heavy metal pollution is one of the important factors lead to the pollution of whole industry chain of kiwi fruit products.In this paper,mainly took 10 kiwi fruit orchards in Zhouzhi and Mei County in Shaanxi Province as an example,study on soil,air,water,root,stem,leaf,kiwi fruit,before the end product of fruit processing procedure including before peeling,after peeling,before washing,after washing,before freezing and after freezing,analyzed the pollution condition,distribution and pollution assessment of heavy metals,comprehend the distribution of heavy metal pollution in the whole industry chain.Through the analysis of the sampling system and research,the main conclusions are as follows:Kiwi fruit orchard soil samples of Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb content range were 9.67?9.67,5.86?81.30,81.30?44.02,0.02?0.87,0.87?0.231 and 0.75?22.18 mg/kg,respectively.There were 45%of the As content in soil samples exceed the standard,the rest of the samples did not exceed national environmental quality secondary standards.Kiwi fruit orchards water samples of Cr,Cu,As and Pb content range were 0.002?0.002,0.002?0.017,0.0002?0.0010,0.001?0.004 mg/L,respectively.Cd and Hg were not detected,the qualities of water were security.The atmospheric samples of Cr content range was 1.14×105?1.83×10-6 mg/m3,there were 2-3 orders of magnitude lower than the national standard.The Cu content range was 1.43 ×10-5-3.80X10-6mg/m3.The As content range was 4.35×10-4?6.79×10-4mg/m3,there was one order of magnitude lower than the national standard.The Cd content range was 4.5×10-7?8.6×10-7Mg/m3.The Hg content range was 1.1×10?5.0×10-8mg/m3,there were 3-4 orders of magnitude lower than the national standard.The Pb content range was 1.45×10-5?5.58×10-5mg/m3,there was one order of magnitude lower than the national standard.Kiwi fruit samples of Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb content range were 0.005?0.152,0.11?1.74,0.0002?0.0109,0.0003?0.0079,0.0002?0.0074 and 0.001?0.073 mg/kg,respectively.The qualities of kiwi fruit were security.Kiwi fruit trees of Cr,As and Pb content were root>stem>leaf,and underground part>aboveground part,it showed that the three kinds of heavy metals in fruit trees mainly came from the soil,The Cd content was root>stem>leaf,the Cu content was stem>leaf>root,the Hg content was leaf>root>stem,the underground part<aboveground part.It means that they didn't have a lot of ability of adsorption of Cd,Cu,and Hg from the soil.In the process of kiwi fruit products,the content of Cr and As had a significantly increased before freezing and after freezing,it showed that the kiwi fruit products were contaminated before and after freezing;the content of Cu and Cd had a significantly increased after cleaning,it showed that the kiwi fruit products were contaminated in the process of cleaning;the content of Pb had a significantly increased before freezing,it showed that the kiwi fruit products were contaminated before freezing;the content of Hg were not checked out.
