In this paper, the status quo of social environmental natural envionmental and regional environmental problems and natural hazards were studied; The integrality of natural ecological system throughput and stability were assessed after irrigation works has been completed; The reservoir, water quality, water temperature vegetation rare species, bio-diversity were assessed and forecasted; The ecological conservation measures was performed in this paper.The status quo of ecological envionmental in regional of Dalong irrigation works was assessed and forecasted, adopting the technique of landscape ecology programmed in ecological environment impact assessment, combining the assessment requiremen to landscape ecology from the special structure of landscape, vegetation biomass, spatial heterogeneity of vegetation Distribution.Investigation indicates that the effect of construction and operation of reservoir on landscape structure in this regional is very little; The character and function of regional landscape system was not changed; There is little effect on intrinsic water and fish resource in the reach; It will not effect directly on the forest vegetation, rare species and bio-diversity; It can be resolved by necessary ecological conservation measures.
