It is a useful method to keep continuous development This thesis introduces the process of writing program of Environment impact assessment system and the molds in this system. In the same time it clarify the requirement in the process of use these molds. These molds are divide into six classifications: water environment impact assessment, atmosphere environment impact assessment, noise environment impact assessment, solid waste environment impact assessment, soil system environment impact assessment, environment impact assessment methods. This system includes a large part of molds which can be used in the process Environment impact assessment. It is in common use. This system was successful finished can improve the precise degree and the pace. Otherwise it can heighten the efficiency of environment impact assessment, it is sophisticated means in environment impact assessment It has important value in economy and technology.In addition this thesis uses the system and three methods to assess the environment impact of building the swine slaughterhouse in Xing Long town. It draws a conclusion that the water environment is not good otherwise the atmosphere environment and the noise environment are in good condition. It puts toward some relevant suggestions: after the swine slaughterhouse was finished we should pay more attention to how to deal with the waste water. We should strengthen the management and prohibit drain off the waste water without handling. For avoiding the pollution to water we should decrease the volume of waste water discharged. For ensuring the atmosphere environment to reach the standard we must choose suitable equipments and ensure the equipments run in common condition. These are specific demands. First the density of smoke and dust must not outstrip 2000mg/L. Second the efficiency of separator must not is weaker than 93%. Third the shack for storing coal must be close and the vehicles for transport which are close should avoid run in area of building.Some constructive suggestion was put forward for the content which wasn't involved in this thesis.
