In 2020,the world's largest developing country will completely eliminate extreme poverty,making a huge contribution to the reduction of absolute poverty in the world.In order to break the vicious circle of "reduce poverty-poverty alleviation-poverty return",the Chinese government has always attached great importance to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.The poverty-stricken population in China is affected by regional and socio-economic development,showing a regionally concentrated distribution.The fragile ecological environment of karst mountainous areas and the backward development of ethnic areas have led to the lag of regional economic and social development.Guizhou,located in the core area of karst in southern China,used to be one of the provinces with the largest number of poor people,the largest area of poverty and the deepest degree of poverty in China.In order to clarify the spatial and temporal interaction effects of regional relative multidimensional poverty and internal coupling coordination,this paper takes Guizhou Province as the research area and counties as the research unit to construct a regional multidimensional poverty measurement index system,and analyzes the spatial and temporal interaction characteristics of multidimensional poverty and internal coupling.It is of great significance for the region to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote the sustainable development of the region.This paper defines multidimensional poverty from the dimensions of time,space and attributes.Based on the composite ecosystem,combined with human and geographical location factors,a multidimensional poverty indicator system in karst mountainous areas with people as the main body,natural environment as the foundation,and society as the support is constructed.The county-level multidimensional poverty was measured.This paper uses the coupling coordination model to measure the coupling coordination relationship between the internal subsystems of multi-dimensional poverty in the county,and clarify the interaction and effect between the internal subsystems of multi-dimensional poverty.On this basis,combined with local spatial analysis and exploratory spatiotemporal data analysis(ESTDA)methods,this paper analyzes the local spatial evolution and temporal interaction characteristics of multidimensional poverty and the coupling and coordination between its internal subsystems,and from the perspective of regional the county development proposals of poverty reduction and coordinated development was proposed.The result shows:(1)The local spatial differentiation of multi-dimensional poverty in counties in Guizhou Province is significant,showing the distribution characteristics of “multi-core” agglomeration centered on the deeply impoverished areas.From 2000 to 2018,the center of multidimensional poverty has always been located in the central part of Guizhou Province.The regional multidimensional poverty value has been continuously reduced and the internal differences have gradually narrowed.The high agglomeration areas have shown a trend of expansion-shrink-expand-shrinkage.(2)The degree of coupling and coordination between the internal subsystems of county-level multi-dimensional poverty in Guizhou Province has significant spatial differentiation characteristics.The high-value areas are mainly concentrated in the eastern part of Guizhou Province,that is,the interaction between the internal subsystems of county-level multi-dimensional poverty in eastern Guizhou Province is stronger.From 2000 to 2018,the coupling and coordination degree of internal subsystems of multi-dimensional poverty in counties in Guizhou Province showed a clustering distribution trend in space,the center of gravity generally shifted eastward,the number of counties in high-value areas was relatively stable,and low-value areas were mainly distributed in the central area of Guizhou with Guiyang as the core.(3)From 2000 to 2018,the LISA time path of county-level multidimensional poverty in Guizhou Province shows that the county-level multidimensional poverty index in Guizhou Province exhibits a strong spatial dependence over time,and the local spatial dependence direction and county-level multidimensional poverty index of most counties are relatively stable.From 2000 to 2018,the local pattern of county-level multi-dimensional poverty in Guizhou Province had a significant evolutionary law over time.The local spatial structure of the county-level multi-dimensional poverty index in Guiyang City in the center,Qiandongnan Prefecture and Tongren City in the east had strong dynamics.The spatio-temporal network of multi-dimensional poverty interactions in adjacent counties in Guizhou Province is dominated by positive correlations,and 62.50% of the counties have a strong synergistic relationship for poverty reduction in space.(4)The coupling coordination degree of internal subsystems of multi-dimensional poverty in counties in Guizhou Province shows strong spatial dependence,and the spatial direction of local dependence in some counties is relatively stable.The proportion of counties with spatial cohesion equal to 1 is 38.64%.Type counties have not undergone a temporal and spatial transition,and have remained in the original type,with agglomeration of low and high values.The spatial position of the coupling coordination degree between subsystems within the multi-dimensional poverty of each county is relatively stable,with certain path dependence or lock-in characteristics.(5)Combined with the spatial cohesion and evolution trend of multi-dimensional poverty in counties in Guizhou Province,the evolution types of multi-dimensional poverty are divided into four types: positive evolution,negative evolution,overall invariance and stable invariance.Propose the development paths of different types of counties from the five sub-dimensions of multi-dimensional poverty.Combining the county degree of Guizhou Province as the spatial cohesion and evolution trend of the coupling coordination degree between the internal subsystems of poverty,the evolution types of the coupling and coordination degree between the multi-dimensional poverty internal subsystems are divided into coordinated evolution type,imbalanced evolution type,overall invariant type and stable type.From the perspective of sustainable development,it proposes a coordinated regional development path.
