Study On The Concept Analysis Of TCM Disease Trend And The Theory Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Disease Trend Based On Literature

It is clarified this essay is written in order to define concept of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)’s disease trend,construct an effective and clinically realistic method of syndrome differentiation of disease trend,clarify the common law of the dynamic developmenof TCM’s medical certificate in the space-time dimension,and then can solve the problems such as the current concept of disease trend is not clear,lack of dynamic dialectical diagnosis and so non,which can help enrich and improve the theoretical system of TCM diagnostics and promote the improvement of the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.This paper is divided into five main parts,the main content is seeing“disease trend” and "syndrome differentiation" as a foothold,clarifying concept of the disease trend and construct a method of syndrome differentiation of disease trend based on ancient and modern TCM related literature.The details are as follows:In the first part,it is summarized that what is the basic concept of the disease trend,the relevant concept,the law of disease transmission,the method of identifying the disease trend and the relevant treatment rules by literature reviewing.Then it is finded that there are fewer systematic research on the disease trend and the concept of the disease is blurred and so on,.Finally it is pointed out that the new system of disease trend identification can be further excavated by consulting the relevant ancient,books,words,etc.Secondly,it is summarized that what is concept of the disease trend,the method of identifying the disease trend and the relevant treatment rules by literature reviewing by seaching the electronic series of TCM books.And the it is finded that there is not a definite and uniform definition of concept of disease trend in the ancient books,and often confused the term disease with other medical terms such as disease,disease,and so on.Therefore,It is pointed that we can define the concept of the disease trend on the basis of the former research results and definition principles of terms.Thirdly,it is summed up that what is concept of the disease trend and the current problems about related research,and the literal research method is used to identify the character pattern,literal meaning of "disease" and "trend",and then concept of the disease trend is defined by examining the contemporary TCM compilation teaching materials,words,etc.And then the relationship between the disease-related concepts and its rules of treatment is clarified,and the view that disease trend can be one of syndrome factors.Forthly,It is clarified that Ni-Xian-San-Yu and Shun-Bian-Huan-Ji are eight-principle syndrome differentiation of disease trend on the basis of guided by the concept of perpetual motion,time-space view and concept of disease trend,which is also named syndrome differentiation of Ni-Xian-San-Yu and Shun-Bian-Huan-Ji.And then it is confirmed that what is definition,symptoms and explanation of every syndrome.Finally,acne,peripheral facial paralysis,idiopathicthrombocytopenicpurpura(ITP)and cancer are used as examples to demonstrate the clinical application of syndrome differentiation of disease trend to promote the promotion of it and enhancing the clinical efficacy of TCM.To sum up,it is clarified that disease trend refers to the trend of disease,including the development trend of disease and the movement trend shown by the struggle between evil and positive by literature and theoretical research,and then it is created that Ni-Xian-San-Yu and Shun-Bian-Huan-Ji are eight-principle syndrome differentiation of disease trend.
