ObjectiveBy observing and analyzing the clinical observation of wheat granule moxibustion at Jiaji point combined with acupuncture in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia of ischemic apoplexy,an effective and widely popularized therapy is provided for the treatment of spastic hemiplegia of ischemic apoplexy.MethodsThe subjects of this subject were from the outpatient clinic and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Renzhitang Chinese Medicine Museum in Hong Kong.Sixty patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia who met the criteria for the diagnosis of Chinese and Western medicine were selected.Using computer random number method,60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The treatment group took acupoints:Cervical 4-Thoracic 5 of the ridges,and Lumber 1-5 of the ridges,both sides acupoints,using wheat grain moxibustion therapy,sputum patients take prone position or
