| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of wheat-grain moxibustion on urinary retention after stroke, explore and analyze the effects of wheat-grain moxibustion on bladder capacity, bladder residual urine volume, bladder function score, clinical degree classification of urinary retention and curative effect in patients with urinary retention after stroke,so as to explore a traditional Chinese medicine nursing program with better clinical efficacy and strong operability for patients with urinary retention after stroke. Methods:A total of 64 patients with urinary retention after stroke admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy of a Class ⅲ Grade A hospital in Changchun from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected. The patients who passed the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 32 patients in each group.Patients in the intervention group were treated with wheat grain moxibustion intervention on the basis of routine nursing, while patients in the control group were only treated with routine nursing measures. Before and after the intervention, the bladder capacity, bladder residual urine volume, bladder function score, clinical degree of urinary retention and curative effect of the two groups were recorded and statistically analyzed.t test,chi-square test and rank sum test were used for statistical analysis using Excel and SPSS23.0 software.Results:1.Comparison of general data: the age, gender, course of disease, stroke type, combined chronic diseases, and education level of the two groups were compared.SPSS 23.0 was used for comparison between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of bladder capacity: before intervention, there was no significant difference in the intervention results between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the intervention results of the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the clinical intervention effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of residual urine volume of bladder: before intervention, there was no significant difference in the intervention results between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the intervention results of the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the clinical intervention effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of bladder function scores: before intervention, there was no significant difference in the intervention results between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the intervention results of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the clinical intervention effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Clinical classification of urinary retention: before intervention, there was no significant difference in the intervention results between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the intervention results of the intervention group were lower than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the clinical intervention effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Evaluation of curative effect: according to the results of B-mode ultrasound, the effective rate of the intervention group was 87.1%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.The comparison between the two groups showed that the efficacy of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.Safety evaluation: no adverse events occurred in both groups during the whole intervention, indicating good safety.Conclusion:1.For the intervention of urinary retention after stroke,wheat-grain moxibustion and routine nursing measures have certain clinical effects.2.Wheat grain moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the bladder capacity, bladder residual urine volume, bladder function score, clinical degree of urinary retention and curative effect evaluation in patients with urinary retention after stroke. |
