Research On The Origin, Characteristics And Application Of Zhuang Medicine's "poison Theory"

The theory of toxicity in Zhuang medicine is an important part of the basic theory of Zhuang medicine.It is gradually formed by the continuous practice-Summary-Practice of the medical workers in the past dynasties.It runs through the whole process of the occurrence and development of diseases,and embodies in the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of all aspects.Therefore,the theory of toxicology in Zhuang medicine plays an important role in guiding the clinical practice of Zhuang medicine.With the continuous development of Zhuang medicine,the research achievements on toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine are constantly emerging,professor Ban Xiuwen,the master of traditional Chinese medicine,and professor Huang Hanru,the founder of the theory of Zhuang medicine,and other professors have explained clearly the causes,pathogenesis,principles of treatment and the concept of "toxin" in Zhuang medicine successively.However,the related research achievement are less concerned with the causes,theoretical characteristics and rules of clinical application of the toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine,which limits the clinical guiding role of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine.In order to better play the clinical guiding role of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine,this study systematically studied toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine from three aspects:origin,characteristics and clinical application,sorted out the origin of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine,summed up the characteristics of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine,excavated some of the rules of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine in clinical application,and verified the guiding significance of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine through clinical research and used network pharmacological method to reveal the mechanism of action of Zhuang medicine antidote prescription in the treatment of toxic diseases.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.By means of on-the-spot investigation and literature research,it is concluded that the formation of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine is closely related to the geographical environment of the Zhuang nationality region,and that the philosophy,religious culture and custom culture of the Zhuang nationality have a profound influence on the formation of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine.2.Based on literature research,the characteristics of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine are summarized as naming disease by toxicity,explaining disease etiology and pathogenesis by toxicity,using antidote method to treat disease,there are many kinds of antidotes drugs in the classification of Zhuang medicine,refining prescriptions of Zhuang medicine antidote,using special drugs for special poisonous pathogens,and using local fresh drugs mostly.3.Based on clinical data mining,we found that:Clinical research on toxic diseases in Zhuang medicine are mainly distributed in Zhuang nationality areas,and the trend of research in recent 30 years is gradually rising.The spectrum of toxic diseases in Zhuang medicine.The etiological classification of toxic diseases in Zhuang medicine.The pathogenic characteristics of toxic diseases in Zhuang medicine.The classification and combination of methods of treating toxic diseases in Zhuang medicine.The medication characteristics and prescription regularity of treating toxic diseases in Zhuang medicine.The characteristics of selecting acupoints and acupoint combination regularity of treating toxic diseases in Zhuang medicine.4.Based on clinical observation,it is found that the representative prescription of Zhuang medicine for the treatment of typical virulent diseases,Longzuan Tongbi Decoction can reduce DAS28 score,ESR of rheumatoid arthritis,which verified the guiding significance of toxicology theory of Zhuang medicine for clinical practice.5.This study reveals the mechanism of action of Longzuan Tongbi Decoction by using methods of network pharmacological,and further proves that the detoxification effect of Longzuan Tongbi Decoction is mainly act on the Rheumatoid arthritis pathways and other signaling pathways.
