Clinical Efficacy Of Intravitreal Conbercept Injection In Treating Macular Edema Secondary To Branch Retinal Vein Oclussion

Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of the injection of conpersep in the treatment of the macular edema caused by ischemic retinal vein occlusion.Methods: select in March 2014 to March 2014 in the first hospital,nanjing medical university affiliated huaian,by specialist clinical OCT and FFA examination on the diagnosis of temporal or temporal quadrant ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO)40 patients with secondary macular edema.Patients were randomly divided into random table was used to compaq heap with macular grid sample laser photocoagulation therapy group(group I)and pure compaq heap treatment group(group Ⅱ),9 months,all patients observation records of the patient’s initial data,compro heap,injection time and number for the first time,compaq heap glass body cavity injection before and after injection of 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months,9 months of BCVA,CMT,MV.Results: there was no statistically significant difference between BCVA,CRT and MV in the two groups before treatment(P=0.1315,0.1332,0.3821).There was no significant difference in BCVA,CRT and MV between the two groups after treatment 1 week after treatment(P=0.1823,0.2298,0.1197).After treatment,BCVA,CRT and MV were compared between the two groups in January,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000,0.0000,0.0050).After treatment,BCVA,CRT and MV were compared between the two groups after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P=0.0005,0.0030,0.0075).There was no statistically significant difference in BCVA,CRT and MV between the two groups after treatment(P=0.0000,0.0003,0.0008).There was no significant difference in BCVA,CRT and MV between the two groups in September after treatment(P=0.0060,0.0007,0.0036).Compared with BCVA of 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months and 9 months after treatment,the P value was 0.0010,0.0000,0.0087,0.0003 and 0.0000 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant.Compaq heap treatment group after 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months,9 months of BCVA compared with BCVA before treatment,P values were 0.0014,0.0030,0.0080,0.0023,0.0040,the difference was statistically significant;CRT was compared with CRT before treatment for 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months and 9 months after treatment.The P value was 0.0032,0.0000,0.0120,0.0003,0.0070,and the difference was statistically significant.Compaq heap(Ⅱ group)compaq heap injection after 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months,9 months of CRT results compared with CRT results before treatment,P values were 0.0010,0.0098,0.0050,0.0028,0.0039,the difference was statistically significant;The P value was 0.0019,0.0005,0.0043,0.0013 and 0.0040,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant.Compaq heap(Ⅱ group)compaq heap injection after 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months,9 months of MV compared with before treatment MV,P values were 0.0001,0.0020,0.0092,0.0003,0.0065,the difference was statistically significant;In the 9 months after treatment,the number of injectable inpatients in the combined group and the compaq group was 2.87 + 0.91,3.73 + 1.21,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0023).Conclusion: compaq heap glass body cavity injection of macular edema caused by ischemic branch retinal vein occlusion,compaq heap joint macular grid laser surgery macular edema caused by ischemic retinal branch vein occlusion curative effect is remarkable.
