Human resource is the resource of the dynamic core competence for enterprise. The effective movement of human resources management system has directly decided the enterprise'S survival and the development potential. But now,the human resource managers, organization change, organization performance are anxious about unable to exert the function of human resource management,one of the important reasons is the organization don't establish the appraising system of human resource management. Basing on attrition analyzes and human resource management theories, this article analyzes the influence brought by the business model and organization change,the organization performance to the newspapering human resource. It proposes countermeasures on how to plan talent, organize training development and generate salary system in this new media age. In addition, the thesis appeals for promoting the human resource management, organization change and organization performance in the small and medium enterprises.The purposes of this research were to analyze the literatures and to present the research structure of small and medium enterprises management on the human resource and organization change on organization performance. Then, to construct the theoretical model of this study. Final, to use AMOS software for SEM analysis to verify the theoretical model.The questionnaire survey method was used in this research. The effective samples were 735.Research conclusions obtained were as follow:1. The small and medium enterprises staff were management on the human resource.2. The small and medium enterprises staff were recognized on the organization change and organization performance were well.3. The administrative staff of different background variables were difference on the human resource management.4. The administrative staff of different background variables were difference on the organization change.5. The administrative staff of different background variables were difference on the organization performance.6. Among the human resource management, organization change, and organization performance were correlation.7. The human resource management and organization change have remarkable predictive power on the organization performance.8. By this research used SEM to construct of structure model has part of goodness-of-fit on the human resource management, organization change. The goodness-of-fit still meet the model after the correction.In this study,the application of attrition analyzes in the small and medium enterprises has been expanded and extended usefully, and we have researched the influence of on the organization change and organization performance under the human resource managers of the small and medium enterprises, at the same time, based on the human resource managers in the organization change and organization performance on small and medium enterprises,we have the existing research of knowledge transfer dimensions well.
