Since the eighties of last century,strategic Human Resource Management has achieved fruitful results, more and more research think that the reality sustainable source of competitive advantage is human resource management system, Western scholars have concluded a lot of best management practices in Western companies.Our country started late in this field, the results have not yet reached the level of the West.This paper put the best human resource management of westen firm in China private enterprise to test their effectiveness,and discussion the relationship between human resource management practices and organization performance.Firstly,this article summarize the best human resoutce management practices and high performance system by foreign scholars,and generaize seven best management practices,they are: staff training and development, performance appraisal, compensation, work systems, employee participation and employee relations, and thus constitutes a first draft of the questionnaire of this study. The first draft of the questionnaire through item analysis and validity test, the human resources management practices identified as part of the five dimensions, they are:induction, incentive pay, performance management, employee involvement and job security, identified in this paper that the questionnaire.In summarizing the theoretical basis of this assumption is proposed.Secondly,the collected data are analyzed statistically to test the questionnaire reliability and validity of the letter, and then use AMOS7.0 of this theoretical model and research hypotheses were verified. Finally, validation results are discussed, not all of the best practices of foreign private enterprises in China are valid.This study has analyzed the influnce human resource management system of private enterprise on organizaiton performance.It is a good guid for China private enterprise formulate human resource management strategy.and proposed the new direction to the later research work., indicates that this research has both the practical significance and the theory contribution.
